This morning, the line at Starbucks was literally out the door (and I do mean literally - I was standing outside, holding the door open) but strangely enough, L. and A2 showed up on line behind me. Remember last Wednesday's work PC issue with video drivers? Yeah, so that happened again this morning. Ugh. I don't know why - there's no malware or anything. IT guy checked! But it was another 90 minutes or so of him toodling around updating drivers and stuff that he'd updated last week (or so we thought!). Always a great start to the day ( Read more... )

I keep starting posts and deleting them, because there is too much and it is not that interesting. Suffice it to say that after some delays and extra tests, my father is now in a rehab facility for a few days before he comes home, and he's doing okay.

Work was ridiculous today. Ugh. I just want to sleep for a week.
